Nicole

Nicole Pocket Spirit.  The hat and bag are from the Annie's Attic Miniature Shoe Society patterns; I love the way the bag pattern turned out.  She can even put some treasures in it; it really works!

Her skirt is one of my favorite calico prints.  I love the blue roses on the yellow ground, and this is a fun a quick way to make a dress.

  7. Nicole is just darling!I love the colors. The dress idea is darling--a good use for a scrap of cherished fabric! I wish Annie's Attic would make the Shoe Society patterns available again. To save printing costs they could sell them as PDF downloads..... Cordially, Colleen

  12. She looks all ready for Easter...I can't imagine a nicer bonnet for her to wear while searching for eggs. And if she finds alot she can stash them in her handy bag!

  18. Hi Beth,
I have followed your blog about a year and I just love your pocket spirit doll. Now I have started to try and make one of my own and I wonder if I´m allowed to publish my work on my own blog (hjarnans-virvlingar.blogspot.com), with a link to you of course. I also wonder if I´m allowed to publish your pattern translated to Swedish and write that it´s your pattern.

    Best regards

  19. Hi Cecilia,

You can certainly post pictures of your work on your blog...I don't think you need my permission for this :-) If you would like to translate the patterns into Swedish, that would be fine. Please indicate that I am the designer of the pattern, that is all that I would ask. Also, please do not sell the pattern.

I hope you enjoy making your own Pocket Spirit; if you have any questions, just ask!

    Beth

  22. Hi Aizie,

You certainly may make and sell dolls from my patterns. All I would ask is, if you put a hang tag on your doll or identify it as made by you, please identify me as the designer.

Thank you so much for your good words :-)
