The same to you dear friend! I hope you have a very lovely and special day and that the days ahead will brighten :-) {{hugs}} from all here at Rose Cottage!
Merry Christmas Beth!! Hope you are surrounded by family and friend. I plan on working on doll projects for this next year!! My Mom was a doll collector. She left many patterns/ fabrics/ dolls to dress and trimmings!! Most of her collectible dolls will be sold to support my brother who has Cerebral Palsey. I plan on making up some of the kits she had. Those will probably be sold later, too! My Mom was a home economics instructor. She taught me to sew, whenI was quite young. It has saved my soul many times during my life. Best present you can give someone. Teaching them a creative talent, that will be with them for life. That is why I love your blog. You love to teach and share. You have given me the present of wanting to "play" with these dolls. It should be a grand year!!
Judy, such a lovely post :-) My Grandmother gifted me with the ability to crochet, and my Mother with the ability to sew. It is the gift of a lifetime.
I'm delighted that the upcoming year will be filled with dollmaking for you! What a grand way to play :-)
A very merry Christmas to you and your family Beth may all your dreams come true in 2017 thank you also for all the inspiration that you give to us so freely....xx
